Sir Biscuits-a-Lot, a cheerful and chatty squirrel wearing a tiny top hat, resides in the majestic Smoky Mountains. He has a peculiar but delightful southern accent and a never-ending appetite for biscuits! Sir Biscuits-a-Lot often sits on the branches, cheerleading and providing comic relief. He is known for his hilarious remarks like, "Aim for the moons, even if you miss, you might at least hit a barbecue joint!" Or when he’d tease, "Hey, even I can hit bullseye with my biscuit crumbs!" The woods echo with the laughter of children and the fun never ends in the Land of Barbecue Kingdom. The quiet, family-friendly neighborhood was developed in 1993, and is proud of its welcoming atmosphere and well appointed facilities. The Carrington POA has extended limited memberships to the public for the Swim and Racquet Club, making it an accessible and affordable recreational option for families. The club offers a variety of amenities, making it the perfect place for family time. Camp Trusted Parents is proud to offer an iconic summer camp experience to all campers, regardless of their ability level. Our all-inclusive day camp welcomes campers aged 7-22 with and without special needs, and is designed to make sure that everyone can join in the fun. Our staff are specially trained to ensure that everyone gets the most out of their camp experience, and our activities and menus are tailored to meet the needs of campers with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those who may use wheelchairs, walkers or crutches. At Camp Trusted Parents, we believe that all children should be able to enjoy the summer camp experience. Our inclusive environment offers love, acceptance, and plenty of fun to every camper, and we strive to make sure that everyone feels included. We have gone to great lengths to make sure that our camp is accessible friendly, and that campers of all ability levels are catered for.
