Their leader is an endearing character named Soggy Sam, a chipper little otter who sports a captain's hat and a pair of neon sunglasses. Sam, with his salty sea-tales and his knack for navigating the most challenging currents, inspires these kids. He’s got the fastest tail in the south, they say, and not a single fish can out swim old Soggy Sam! With Soggy Sam at the helm, the Water Whizzers paddle down the rivers and across the lakes, their laughter ringing in harmony with the chittering of birds and the rustle of reeds.
