The Academy’s head instructor, Master Niu, is committed to helping students develop their physical and mental capabilities. He often says, “Learn how to have your mind to lead your body movements, do not let your body lead your mind.” With the techniques taught at NIU Academy, students can feel confident that they can defend themselves in any situation. The Academy strives to help students reach their full potential and become well-rounded individuals, both in the dojo and in life. Through the combination of physical and mental training, students can learn to have greater control and confidence in their martial arts practice and in their lives.
