Legacy Martial Arts offers a unique experience that sets us apart from other Martial Arts schools. We are passionate about our philosophy and strive to ensure our students have a rewarding experience that leads to a healthier and happier lifestyle. We want to be everything our students need and look for in a Martial Arts experience and we are dedicated to providing that. Our teaching methods are tailored to each student, allowing them to understand and retain the material. Our goal is to help our students develop positive character traits such as compassion, loyalty, humility, self-control and discipline. We have a duty to positively influence our students and help them become contributing members of society. At Legacy Martial Arts, we are not just teaching our students physical skills, but we are also teaching them life skills and helping them to become more than a Martial Artist – we are helping them to become well-rounded individuals who can make a difference in the world.

Little Leopards

Learning martial arts is a fun way for any student to get some exercise and develop good listening skills. Our classes are seriously fun and our instructors are creative in developing new ways for our students to always enjoy themselves during our classes.

Jr. Kempo Program

At Legacy Martial Arts, our mission is to provide the tools, adequate information, and education our students need to succeed, even beyond Martial Arts. Our teaching principle is that every student is significant; each of us learns differently in our own unique way. Our concept is to create a system per individual that provides the infinite path for growth and understanding in discipline, physical strength, healthy mentality, compassion, and respect. We have composed guidelines that encourage our students to effortlessly strive for excellence in both our physical training and how we conduct ourselves in the world. At Westport Kempo, it is our mission to, in turn, guide others down this dignified path.

Summer Camp

Our camps are thoughtfully designed to keep kids not only entertained while school is out, but interested in attending for the unique approach we provide for the agenda of the day. A camp day usually consists of games like Dodgeball, Warrior Hockey, Nerf Gun Wars, Zombie Tag, and activities such as Video Games, Movies, Coloring, and of course Karate Classes, etc... During the hours of camp, we genuinely focus on our students' individuality by letting them express their opinions on the activities we enjoy. We feel by allowing them to experience this, it gives them a chance to voice their spirit for others to understand them, and this can allow them to feel our facility is a comfortable, safe place for them to fit in, all while providing a structured disciplined camp schedule.
