About Just Swim, Swim School

Jeff has been teaching swim lessons and coaching competitive swimmers for over 30 years. Jeff started swimming at the age of 8 and went on to compete locally, nationally, and internationally. He achieved great success in high school, earning a four-year athletic scholarship to LaSalle University. At LaSalle he earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance while continuing to pursue his passion for swimming. Today, Jeff is the founder and head coach of Just Swim, a successful swim program in South Florida. He has dedicated his life to teaching the importance of swimming and helping children reach their full potential in the pool. Jeff is passionate about helping young swimmers develop their skills, achieve success, and build confidence.

Toddlers
This class is for beginner Toddlers ages 36-48months . Students should be comfortable in a group class without a parent in the pool. We will introduce the basic skills necessary for swimming. We work on submersion, opening eyes underwater, breath control, kicking, beginning back floats, and gaining over all independence in the water. This class is for achieving over all comfort in the water.

Beginners and Intermediate
This class is for beginners. We will introduce the basic skills necessary for swimming. We work on submersions, opening eyes underwater, breath control, kicking, beginning back floats, and gaining over all independence in the water. This class is for achieving over all comfort in the water.

Advanced Swimmers
Students must be able to take three consecutive breaths unassisted and swim a distance of at least 10 feet. We focus on building strength, confidence and independence in the water. The student will learn side breathing, continue improving backstroke and begin dolphin kick and basic butterfly.
