For 75 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade have been dedicated to helping the youth in their community reach their full potential. From the beginning, the organization has been focused on providing mentorship, care, and educational programs that will lead youth in the right direction. With the goal of helping them become productive and caring citizens in their community, Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade have been making a positive impact on the lives of youth in the area. Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade has been a driving force in the community since 1946. They have worked tirelessly to provide mentorship, care, and educational programs to help young people reach their fullest potential. Through these programs, they are helping to create a future of productive and caring citizens. Educational After School Program

Our after school academic program and homework assistance, organized league basketball, baseball, football, cheerleading, and tennis programs are offered on a year-round basis in order to keep the children occupied as long as possible in a healthy, safe, productive, and enjoyable environment. Over 60% of youth crime is committed between the hours of 2-6pm. With our programs, we help decrease the number of children in the streets in the after-school hours, as well as during the weekends.
