She grew up playing piano from the age of five, and participated in several sports through her high school and college years, her favorite being lacrosse. Mimi even had the unique opportunity to teach ice-skating to little ones during college. Mimi has called Florida home for over 17 years and graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Cognitive Science and the University of Miami with her MBA.
