Aikido basics to intermediate skills and with games and exercises that develop body awareness and self control. Kids Aikido 2 students are encouraged to also attend Kids Aikido 1, where they can gain experience and help junior students. Thurs 5:00-5:50pm

Play movement games to develop skill, and practice for upcoming belt tests in a supervised open-mat format. When weather permits, this class may be held outdoors. Sat 12:00-1:00pm
