About Alton Street Boxing & Fitness Arlington

At our boxing program, we strive to create a supportive and respectful environment for all of our members. No matter their fitness level or boxing experience, everyone is welcome to join in. We are proud to be an affiliated USA Boxing program, and we guide our members through the process of becoming an official USA Boxing member. Our program focuses on developing skills, and to help our members reach their goals we offer a variety of techniques. We have large bags, double-ended bags, and pace bags to practice on, and we also do team drills with other students. For those who choose to register for USA Boxing, we offer live sparring sessions. In sum, we strive to create an atmosphere of inclusion and respect in our boxing program. We provide our members with the tools they need to become better boxers, and we want to help them reach their highest potential. Our USA Boxing affiliation is a testament to the quality of our program and the dedication of our members.
