About Berkshire Fishing Club

At our club, we offer a unique fishing experience. All of our boats come fully equipped with electric trolling motors, mounted seats and small four-stroke gas motors. Plus, our 125-acre private lake is open to the general public. It’s just like a private country club, but instead of making a tee time, you call to reserve a boat for a day of largemouth bass fishing. There’s no boat maintenance to worry about, no need to charge the battery, and no trailer or permits to deal with. Our club is located in the beautiful Berkshires of Massachusetts, just a few hours from Boston and New York. We invite you to check out our website and find out why our members have such a great time. We even offer a one-day trial pass that can be credited towards a number of our memberships – it’s perfect for families who want a fun and memorable experience.

Bass Fishing School
Learn how to catch bass like the pros. Learn the techniques and tactics they use to put more fish in your boat. Our classes are geared for anyone wanting to be a better angler from beginner to expert. At the end of our classes you will feel confident in rigging and retrieving a variety of lures from top water to soft plastics and matching them to the conditions and places you fish. All of our classes are taught by tournament experienced anglers with a great knowledge and love of bass fishing.

Hiking
Hiking – The club maintains about 4 miles of well-marked hiking trails that give you an excellent opportunity to examine the local flora and fauna. Bird watching along the trail is particularly good as are any number of views.

Canoeing – Canoes and kayaks are available for rent and offer an ideal way to explore the lake and the surrounding shorelines.
