At The Children of Tomorrow Early Learning Center, we understand the importance of providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for your child. Our experienced and educated staff use a variety of educational and developmental activities to promote the physical, social, emotional and cognitive growth of each child. We provide a balanced program of learning experiences that challenges each child to reach their full potential. Our teachers have the necessary training and expertise to nurture each child's individual needs and interests. We believe that children should be able to explore, discover and have fun while learning. We focus on providing children with engaging activities that promote their social, emotional, physical and intellectual development. At The Children of Tomorrow Early Learning Center, we strive to create a learning environment that is both stimulating and nurturing. We believe that when children feel safe, secure and comfortable, they are better able to explore their world and learn.

Infant & Toddler Program

The infant & toddler program is designed to meet the developmental, physical and emotional needs of children ranging in age from 2 months to 2.9 years old. There will be one teacher for up to four children and two teachers for five children or more. The maximum class size for this age group is nine children. Infants & toddlers, by nature, are very inquisitive and constantly exploring their environment; eager to examine each and every new situation they come into contact with. Our classrooms are custom designed with these needs in mind.

Preschool Program

Within this environment, children are encouraged to explore their world through educational centers: literature, mathematics, the arts, science, computer, music, dramatic play, outdoor play, show and tell, individualized instruction, and group time. Themes will be presented to the children which will incorporate letters, shapes, colors, and numbers, with emphasis on strengthening fine and gross motor skills, as well as social skills. Although it might seem like the children are “just playing”, each activity is carefully planned to help enhance specific skill areas.

SCHOOL AGE PROGRAM

The main purpose of the School Age Program @ The Children of Tomorrow Inc. is to provide school age children with experiences that build self-confidence and self-esteem while broadening perceptions of themselves and of our beautiful world during their out-of-school time. We offer year-round before and after school programs. We are open during all school vacations, professional development days, early release days, snow days and delays, and for Summer camp as well!! We will teach environmental and ethnic diversity providing opportunities to explore their creativity and find their artistic voice. We will adapt the activities to what is age and interest appropriate. The other important aspect is to provide an environment where children can create lasting friendships and foster positive peer interactions.
