About Helping Children With Challenges

For thirty years, Dr. Karen Levine has been devoted to improving the well-being of children with developmental, social, or emotional challenges. She utilizes a relationship-based approach, which includes playful and enjoyable activities as a way to reduce anxiety and bring a sense of joy. She understands that every child and their family require a unique approach and therefore, does not believe in a single solution to assessment and treatment. Dr. Levine provides assessment, consultation and treatment services to young children with or without a diagnosis. The disorders she specializes in include Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Selective Mutism, Specific Phobias, Williams Syndrome, Down Syndrome, Social and communication challenges, and Intellectual Disability. Karen Levine recognizes the importance of meeting a child and their family's individual needs. She strives to create an environment that is positive, empathetic, and tailored to the child's development. Her goal is to provide effective and appropriate treatment in order to help children reach their highest potential.
