Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu it is an effective, practical martial art that is very applicable to self-defense situations and is also a fantastic way for kids to stay fit. The program at Team Link Ludlow accepts children from 5 to 16 years old. The 1 hour class is designed to instill confidence and self-discipline while improving balance, coordination and mental toughness. Each class includes a warm-up, stretching, technical instruction, games related to BJJ concepts and movements and an instructor-supervised sparring session.

Private Lessons

4th Degree BJJ Black Belt offers private lessons. These are great for people whos schedule's don't work with our class times or for anyone looking to focus on a specific aspect of their training. You could focus on brazilian jiu jitsu, boxing, kick boxing, wrestling or your cardio. Its your time and you choose exactly what you want to work on. Contact us for rates and availibility.

MMA Western Mass Conditioning

Our Cardio MMA Western Mass class is a 1 hour class. We start off with a warm up that may include running, jumping jacks, jump rope, push ups, high knees, burpees etc ... This class can be described as a mix between the "Insanity" workouts and a kickboxing class. All of our exercise and techniques are timed. 30 seconds of kicking could be 5 kicks for one person and 25 kicks for another. The idea is to push yourself at your own pace. A mix of cardio, punching & kicking is a fun way to lose weight and a great stress reliever
