We offer a variety of activities for every age and ability level, including canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, cross-country skiing, and ice skating. At Charles River Canoe & Kayak, we provide canoe, kayak, and paddleboard sales, classes, guided trips, and multiple rental locations. Our experienced instructors can help you learn the basics or improve your skills, and our guided trips provide a safe and fun experience for everyone. We also offer seasonal activities, such as cross-country skiing at Weston Ski Track, located at the Leo J. Martin Golf Course in Weston. The groomed, lighted trails make for a great winter adventure. Kendall Square Community Ice Skating provides a fun and affordable way to stay active during the colder months. Our refrigerated, Zamboni-maintained ice skating rink offers a safe and enjoyable experience for all ages. Our rentals and classes make it easy to get out on the ice and have a great time. KIDS SUMMER PADDLING PROGRAMS
Our variety of paddling summer programs provides paddling instruction and experience to kids ages 8 to 16. We mix instruction with expeditions, games, and activities to give your child a complete introduction to the world of paddling. Best of all, kids love it! We offer a variety of programs tailored to different ages and abilities. All programs are led by experienced guides who are skilled paddlers, patient instructors, and are certified in Wilderness First Aid and CPR.

BOATS & GEAR FOR KIDS
From our selection of double kayaks, perfect for use with children, to our single kayaks specifically designed for kids, we have boats to allow the whole family to get out on the water. We also offer PFDs for all ages (infant to adult), kids paddles, paddling clothing from Kokatat, and wetsuits for kids so they can stay safe in cold water.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES AND KIDS GROUPS
Charles River Canoe & Kayak will create a customized birthday party for your child and friends. We can provide rentals of canoes, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards, plus instruction, guiding, and catering to suit your tastes. We even have water cannons and ten-person canoes!
