At O’Leary’s, we offer professional gymnastics instruction in a fun and secure environment that encourages children to gain confidence and become successful. Our gymnasts are taught to show respect for the sport and for their fellow athletes while learning valuable skills that will last a lifetime. At O’Leary’s, we believe that all children have the potential to excel in gymnastics. That’s why we provide a safe, nurturing atmosphere for our gymnasts to grow and learn. Our goal is to help each child develop the confidence and skills needed to take their gymnastics to the next level and beyond, all while having a great time!

O’Leary’s Preschool Classes
The goal of our co-ed preschool classes is the development of physical skills through the exploration of obstacle courses. Our little gymnasts will be using bars, beams, tunnels, wedges, barrels, and many other pieces of gymnastics equipment. At O’Leary’s, we stress the focus on hand/eye coordination, foot-eye coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. Social skills are also acquired by the gymnasts as they follow directions, wait their turn, and interact with other gymnasts.

Beginner Class
In our beginner class the gymnasts will be introduced to the basic gymnastics skills on each event, as well as work on increasing strength and flexibility. Events for girls include Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. Events for the boys include vault, bars, parallel bars, rings, pommel horse, mushroom and floor.

Intermediate Class
Our Intermediate Class is designed for gymnasts who already have and can demonstrate the basic concepts and skills of gymnastics. The gymnasts will move on to more advanced skills through more demanding skill progression, strength and flexibility.
