Toddler Gymnastics Classes

Be the one that shares their excitement when they are learning the basic techniques of gymnastics (forward roll, backward roll, and cartwheel), hang and swing on bars or walk over the balance beam by them-self for the first time. This class includes lots of physical education and fun, while helping children and parents to connect in a new and special way.

Preschool Gymnastics Classes

This class is geared towards children who are in preschool or entering preschool. The children will learn the basics of gymnastics while having fun on our preschool gymnastics equipment while working up to the larger gymnastics equipment. Children in this class will learn to focus on balance, strength, body awareness all while building self-confidence and coordination. The objective is to have FUN while learning skills.

Girls Gymnastics Classes

Are your children ready to tumble with us in a full hour of gymnastics where they will build self-confidence while continuing to gain strength, flexibility, coordination and balance and overall fitness? They also will develop the basic skills of gymnastics with the emphasis on forward and backward rolls as well as cartwheels. The children will learn how to safely use all of the gym’s equipment (bars, beams, trampoline, tumble track, rings and floor equipment), building up self-confidence and making new friends.
