Tots Karate

For our youngest students, classes are 30 minutes long and focus on self-control, large motor skills, listening and following directions. Students learn body control to help a basic karate skill set.

Child Karate

Child classes are 45 minutes long and encourage self discipline while teaching self-control, respect for self and others and basic self defense skills. Students build a foundation of traditional karate stances, footwork, and strikes to aid them in establishing proper technique.

Teen Karate

Preteen and teen classes are 45 minutes long and emphasize responsibility, goal-setting, role-modeling, positive behavior and both verbal and physical self-defense skills. Students build a foundation of traditional karate stances, footwork, and strikes to aid in refining technique and principles.
