Founded in a garage, this family-friendly martial arts school has grown and flourished, fostering a vibrant environment that empowers and encourages students and families. Our Karate Classes are filled with great self-defense, bully prevention, fitness, and life skills to help mold your child into a Blackbelt on and off the Mats.Evening and Homeschool Classes! We have been rated as the Best Martial Arts School in Hickory 7 Years in a row by the Hickory Macaroni Kid, Voted Best Martial Arts School in Catawba County, and as one of the top ten Sport Karate Schools in the World by the National Blackbelt League, but don't take our word for it. Kicking Cubs

Is our preschool karate program designed just for kids 4 to 6 years old. This program teaches karate fundamentals, fitness, balance, coordination, and has a strong life skills component, to develop skills like self control, responsibility, team work, respect, and self discipline during each and every class.

Grappling Grizzlies

Our preschool jiu-jitsu program is designed just for kids 4 to 6 years old. This program teaches Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, fitness, balance, and coordination, and has a strong life skills component, to develop skills like self-control, responsibility, team work, respect, and self-discipline during each and every class.
