About Sonshine Gymnastics Holly Springs

Welcome to Sonshine Gymnastics, a Christian-owned family facility dedicated to providing a secure and supportive atmosphere for children of all ages. From preschoolers to school-age girls and boys, we strive to instill the values of discipline, fitness and self-confidence through our gymnastics classes. Our wide range of classes includes recreational classes, Ninja and tumbling classes, summer and track-out camps and birthday parties, all designed to meet the needs of each individual student. At Sonshine Gymnastics, we believe in the importance of providing a safe and positive learning environment for all our students. We are committed to helping parents guide their children in developing the life skills needed to be successful in the future. Our goal is to foster a sense of self-confidence and accomplishment in each child who walks through our doors.

Preschool
Tiny Beamers (Ages 18 months - 3 years, Boys & Girls)- Parents & Tots work together as a team with Sonshine Instructors in this 60-minute class. Little Beamers (Ages 3-4, Boys & Girls)- These young preschoolers will have fun working on all gymnastics apparatus in a 60 minute class. Mighty Beamers (Ages 4-5, Boys & Girls)- Sonshine Gymnastics’ Pre-Kindergarten classes will work on all gymnastics apparatus in a 60 minute class.

Recreational Classes
Our Girls Recreational classes are designed to teach beginner through advanced gymnastics skills while progressing in a fun and safe environment. Students will build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination while experiencing all of the gymnastics events, such as vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. They will also enjoy the trampoline, foam pit, tumble track and other fun activities. In class, gymnasts will be divided into groups according to age and skill level, which is constantly being evaluated.

Ninja Classes
NinjaZone focuses the minds of enthusiastic kids by using movements their bodies inherently crave. Ninjas are trained to spin, roll, flip, kick and fly through challenges - almost as if they are starring in a real-life video game. Ninjas are channeling their energy through a fusion of obstacle training, martial arts, gymnastics and freestyle movement.

Day Camps
Our day camps are for school-aged children, kindergarten and older. There are no preschool camps during the school year.
