Kids Summer Surf Camp

Our kids surf camp for ages 7-10 is located in the warm-water beach town of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, where campers will learn to surf or improve their skills while taking advantage of warm, emerald green waters and white sandy beaches, and enjoy a week of fun in the sun. During our program, kids will be well on their way to building confidence in the fundamentals of surfing. All kids surf camps have an in water student to instructor ratio of 2:1, and are staffed with our professional instructors. Our team consists of trained educators with combined teaching in the thousands of hours on all levels and to all types of students.

Wrightsville Beach Surf Camp

Join us for our 22nd consecutive summer of operation. Our unique Surf Camps are located in the warm-water beach town of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. During our 5-day learn to surf adventure, you will build confidence in the fundamentals of surfing. Our team of professional instructors consist of awesome coaches with combined teaching in the thousands of hours on all levels to all types of students. Why not learn to surf while taking advantage of warm, emerald green waters and white sandy beaches, and enjoying a week of fun in the sun? Ocean Adventure Badges for Boy and Girl Scouts

Through the stoke of surfing and ocean science, WB Surf Camp provides exciting hands-on and interactive opportunities for Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts to earn environmental badges. Our goal is to engage students while encouraging participation, individual exploration, teamwork, and challenge. Each program immerses students in the fascinating world of marine/environmental science through interactive field experiences. Our curriculum covers ocean safety, oceanography, marine biology, coastal conservation, and ecology. Field trips vary for each program and are determined by class size, student abilities, weather conditions, location availability, and accessibility. We welcome all inquiries and our education department can structure our dynamic curriculum and design a program to fit your group’s specific needs.
