New Hampshire, or as it's lovingly nicknamed by our cool imaginary character, the "Granite Groover", the "Rockin' Robin State", is one not just of mountains and lakes, but of melodies and harmonies too. There are the flute and clarinet players whose tunes float through the air like a breeze over Lake Winnipesaukee. They dance in the rhythm of the falling rain, they sing with the whispering wind, they harmonize with the hoot of the owl, and they compose music as diverse and beautiful as New Hampshire's breathtaking landscapes. Whenever the beats get to bouncing and the tunes start to soaring, you can bet the Granite Groover will be there, tapping his rocky toes and bobbing his stony head, laughing in delight at the creativity and spirit of New Hampshire's musical kids. For Danielle Jean, music has always been a part of her life. It was her Grandfather, a sought after jazz Bassist and Guitarist, who recognized her talent and fostered her love for music as a small child. She began formal study with some of the Boston area's best teachers and was active in the exceptional Music Department at Pinkerton Academy. After graduating from Pinkerton Academy, she furthered her studies at the University of Massachusetts. With over seventeen years of experience, Danielle has been teaching vocalists of all ages and sharing her love of music. Her goals for her students are to help them reach the next level in their vocal journey and to be a part of their musical accomplishments.
