They dance in the rhythm of the falling rain, they sing with the whispering wind, they harmonize with the hoot of the owl, and they compose music as diverse and beautiful as New Hampshire's breathtaking landscapes. Whenever the beats get to bouncing and the tunes start to soaring, you can bet the Granite Groover will be there, tapping his rocky toes and bobbing his stony head, laughing in delight at the creativity and spirit of New Hampshire's musical kids. Our activities are designed to cultivate honesty, loyalty, cooperation, good sportsmanship, and unselfishness. Every day, campers follow a schedule that includes meals, activity periods, camp duties, chapel, campfires, and rest. Our ultimate goal is for each camper to become independent in body, spirit, and mind. By learning to live, think, and act responsibly, campers will gain self-reliance and self-esteem that will last a lifetime.
