About Seacoast Gymnastics Center in Rochester, NH

The atmosphere is always positive, with smiles and high-fives being the norm. Paragraph 2: At this gym, able-bodied gymnasts work side-by-side with gymnasts with disabilities. Not only do they learn the physical skills of the sport, but they also learn about courage and compassion from each other. Parent/Tot classes

Parent/Tot classes are for children from walking until age 3 to do with an adult ​- mom, dad, grandmother, etc. It is a combination of structured class and free play. Children must be registered to attend.

​Preschool classes

​Preschool classes are for children ages 4 and 5 years old who can do the 45 minute class without a parent. They build their strength, balance and confidence while learning to use the balance beams, bars and trampoline. On the spring floor, they work on handstands, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, etc. as well as learning to listen and follow directions.

BeAKid
Beginner classes

Beginner classes are designed for girls and boys ages 6 - 11. Along with developing their strength, balance and flexibility - they will be mastering basic skills on the floor, bars, beam and vault. Also - all gymnasts are encouraged to treat each other, ​and their coaches, with kindness and respect.
