Vadha Kempo Kids Program: Ages 5-14
A "kid friendly" version of Vadha Kempo Karate. Children are taught to develop the confidence and techniques needed to stand up for themselves and defend themselves against bullies. Children also learn the benefits of hard work, goal setting, discipline, and focus. All of which are needed not only in martial arts but for success in life!

Vadha Kempo ADULT Class: Ages 15 & Up
Do you want to get fit and learn to defend yourself while having fun with a great group of people? Adult classes are taught in a way where you can get all the benefits of martial arts training without having to go to work the next day with a black eye or broken nose.
