ALL-STAR Taekwondo & Fitness offers Martial Arts training for children and adults, from age 3 through seniors. Our group fitness classes are based in Taekwondo training and also focus on fitness, health, wellness, and self-defense. We welcome all ages and fitness levels. Our school is based on traditional Korean Martial Arts, including: Taekwondo, Hapkido, Hoshinsul, and Kumdo. We are a fully accredited martial arts program of the World Taekwondo Federation (W.T.F.), World Hapkido Association (W.H.A.), and Jang Star Martial Arts Association, USA. Most importantly, ALL-STAR Taekwondo & Fitness maintains a family-oriented atmosphere and offers a place for you to reach your Martial Arts and fitness goals. Our goal is to provide a trusted destination where our students can come to refresh their minds and bodies, build friendships, and achieve the goals they have set for themselves. Our Martial Arts gym is place where students not only learn Taekwondo, but also have fun with the experience and make a commitment to improve oneself, family, and community.

Pee Wees (3 – 5 Years)

Children and toddlers are ready for our martial arts classes as early as 3* years old. Pee wee Taekwondo classes are tailored to engage very young minds by encouraging a fun atmosphere while exploring basic concepts of martial arts and exercise. Our classes go beyond structured play to help our youngest members learn basic movements such as kicking and punching, get plenty of exercise playing games and completing obstacle courses, and work in a group setting to promote socialization. Older students from our Children and Junior level classes are often present for one-on-one and small group instruction to provide individualized attention. Parents are able to view classes through large windows and watch your child grow and learn in our school.

Children (5 – 13 Years)

Children Classes (Beginners – Advanced): Taekwondo classes for children from 5 years old to 13* years old. Classes focus on exercise, self-defense, self-confidence, and discipline. Our children’s taekwondo classes provide kids of all ages and abilities with a fun and educational introduction to martial arts training. Our children’s classes teach basic taekwondo principles, focusing on keeping kids active both physically and mentally. Taekwondo promotes movement and fitness, helping children to improve coordination, strength, and agility. In addition to physical fitness, children’s martial arts classes teach discipline, teamwork, leadership, respect, and self confidence.

Adults (15+ Years)

Adults (15 years old and up). Adult Taekwondo classes provide exercise, weight control, stress management, Martial Arts training, and self-defense. While our classes aim to be physically challenging, students are able to participate to their individual fitness and skill level. Among the many benefits of Taekwondo are increased cardiovascular fitness as increases in strength, agility, flexibility, and endurance. In addition, students learn valuable skills such as self defense and focus. Students of all ages enjoy a sense of community, and because we offer both adult and children’s classes, Taekwondo becomes a family activity.
