Responsibilities
- Researches, analyzes, and authors multiple and various technical documentation
- Takes feedback from reviews and responds in a timely manner with changes
- Completes change requests in published documentation
- Provides status updates to project leaders
Required Skill Set
- Excellent writing in North American English
- Exposure to DITA, XML, Adobe Acrobat, Content Management Systems
- Proficiency in a variety of PC tools and applications
- Knowledge of feature work; how features are written and interpreting their meaning
- Understanding of basic product design
