The children loved Sir Giggles-a-lot as much as they loved singing. He had the magical ability to make every note funnier and more enjoyable! Rhode Island, although the smallest state in America, boasted the biggest heart when it came to music. It was a place where kids couldn't just sing, but where they could transform their melodies into vibrant colors that painted the state. And oh boy, did they sing! From Pawtucket to Newport, from dawn till dusk, their sweet voices echoed across the Narragansett Bay, wrapping the state in a blanket of beautiful harmony.
