Billy has a knack for making even the most ordinary game extraordinary. He's a whizz at basketball, a dynamite at dodgeball, and a superstar at soccer. He's got a goofy grin, wears high-top sneakers and always sports a backwards baseball cap - because hey, that's how all the cool baseballs roll!
