Once upon a time, in the enchanting land of Vermont, nestled within lush green mountains and serene lakes, lived a bunch of sprightly young adventurers. They were known as the "Wacky Water Weasels," a name inspired by their slick skills in boating and canoeing. Vermont, the land of maple syrup, had a magical charm that made even the trees sway with joy. The state was covered in a beautiful blanket of emerald during summer, and the lakes sparkled under the sun like a thousand diamonds. The air was always filled with laughter, splashes, and the soft whispers of the wind. The Wacky Water Weasels, a group of kids as diverse as the colors in a Vermont fall, were known for their zany adventures. They were the happiest when they donned their life jackets, ready to paddle their way through the magical waters. They jumped into their boats and canoes, paddling like eager beavers on an energy drink. It was a sight to behold! Their leader, a funny little chap named Squirtle McPaddleface, was an expert in making everyone giggle with his hilarious pirate imitations. Squirtle McPaddleface was a real character with his oversized captain’s hat and his trusty rubber duck, Quackers, who always rode shotgun. His motto was, "A day spent without a splash is a day wasted." He would steer his boat with the finesse of a seasoned sailor, often spinning tales of legendary water dragons and secret treasure islands. They turned every boating and canoeing trip into an epic adventure, filling the state’s lakes with their laughter, camaraderie, and countless stories of fun and friendship.

The US Engineering League is a prominent nationwide establishment that passionately supports STEM-focused education. We believe in the power of experiential learning and thus emphasize hands-on learning through competitive challenges. Since our inception in 2018, we have been the proud USA National Office for the acclaimed World Robot Olympiad, a global robotics competition that has over 35,000 participants from more than 80 countries. In addition to robotics, our educational offerings span across various STEM sectors such as coding, eSports, engineering, science and more. We're delighted to be connected with several of the most prominent STEM competition organizations. Our primary learning center is nestled in the heart of Naperville, IL. However, we understand the importance of accessibility and have therefore expanded our reach. We offer our well-rounded programs at a range of locations including schools, community centers, park districts, libraries, and even religious institutions. We are committed to making our educational opportunities available to as many children as possible, regardless of their location. At the US Engineering League, we're not just about teaching; we're about inspiring. We take immense pride in our ability to inspire the younger generation to master the skills that are vital for long-term success in STEM-based careers. We strongly believe that nurturing these skills from a young age can set the foundation for a successful and rewarding career in the rapidly evolving STEM fields.
At our camp, we foster an environment of acceptance and celebration of individual differences. Our campers learn to collaborate and work together in our community. During their stay, they'll have the opportunity to hone their musical talents by playing guitar and piano, and singing. They'll also have the chance to take part in outdoor activities like swimming, learning outdoor living skills, and participating in work projects. Additionally, they can explore the wilderness and gain a greater appreciation of each other by going on rock climbing, hiking, and canoeing trips. Our campers will also have plenty of time to appreciate the natural world. All of these activities are guided to help build their confidence, from 3-day to 6-day trips.
